Our products are safe for sensitive skin. We also offer products that cater to different types of skin (oily, normal, dry). There is an available skin analysis machine in our clinics to ensure the right type of product for your needs.

While It is safe to use it together with other skin care brands, we recommend you to use this with our brand for best results.

Yes. We have clinics and stores that you can visit. Here’s a list of our locations.

Every individual is unique. And each of the products has a different efficacy rate. We suggest using our products properly with provided instructions for at least 30 days to have visible results.

Please note that results may vary due to pre-existing conditions.

Each product has an expiration date and has a best used after opening indicator on the box and on the container. We suggest that after opening the product and exposing it to air to consume it between 12 to 18 months depending on the product.

Free shipping on orders within Metro Manila! We will cover the shipping expenses for your orders.

We deliver nationwide. Currently we are not offering orders outside the Philippines.

If the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item due to a defect in the quality thereof which the buyer was not aware of the time of purchase, the item may be replaced or refunded, if recipient can send back the item as received or delivered within seven (7) days from its purchase.

If the buyer opts for a replacement, a replacement product shall only be released to the buyer provided that the buyer return the product as follows: (A) with all its components and accessories, (B) contained in the original manufacturer packaging when it was delivered, (C) without any mark or indication on the product that it has been unreasonably or improperly used, no signs of tampering and (D) original receipt.

Cosmetigroup Int'l Corp. will replace the confirmed defective/malfunctioning item/s within three (3) working days after the warranty claim has been filed.

In the event that the buyer opts for a refund instead of a replacement, the buyer must submit proof of the defect in the quality of the goods sold. Cosmetigroup Int'l Corp will issue the refund for the confirmed defective/malfunctioning item/s within three (3) working days after the claim for refund has been filed.

A change of mind on the part of the buyer/customer does not entitle him/her to any refund/exchange. (Under the IRR (Implementing Rules and Regulations) of R.A. 7394, The Consumer Act of the Philippines)
